Quality is considered in every stage, from development through distribution. We have earned a number of notable certifications, including the prestigious ISO 9001:2008.
Our Quality control system includes
- Review of Design for Manufacture (DFM) at start of each new project.
- Inspection and testing procedures implemented in all facilities.
- Inspection using both customer-created checklist and HTP checklist.
- Traceability of products and components throughout the manufacturing process
- Weekly cross-functional quality meetings to analyze yields, inspect data and assess manufacturing processes.
